As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer service principles, and upholding a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may receive cross-training to support various areas of the store, addressing the needs of the business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model exemplary customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring compliance with operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold merchandising standards by accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
  • Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards across the sales floor and support overall store maintenance.
  • Actively engage in providing and receiving recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined based on an individual’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
