Job Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager is a staff-level position responsible for providing leadership in manufacturing excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in plant performance metrics, including quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow.
– Adhere to safety regulations alongside all department-specific safety requirements.
– Oversee Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
– Manage production value added by department.
– Set daily shipment targets.
– Monitor profit and revenue.
– Cultivate a safe workplace by promoting cleanliness and safety for all employees.
– Enhance manufacturing planning, execution, and shop floor discipline.
– Lead Plant-based ABS and lean manufacturing initiatives.
– Identify and eliminate non-value-added waste.
– Improve product flow and implement methodological improvements to reduce labor content.
– Develop and mentor team leaders, cell facilitators, supervisors, and other manufacturing support personnel for their professional and personal development.
– Promptly address safety issues or non-compliances.
– Promote Injury Free Event (IFE) reporting.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
