Job description:
The Tradeshow Coordinator is responsible for implementing a comprehensive and integrated strategy for trade shows. This role collaborates cross-functionally with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales teams to identify specific market priorities, while also partnering with brand design teams to ensure seasonal and brand narratives are effectively represented. The objective is to deliver best-in-class experiences at trade shows.

Responsibilities include:
– Supporting and executing the trade show rollout calendar and project management needs across both CCG and NAWS events to ensure timely delivery.
– Managing project budgets by processing expenses, purchase requisitions, and inputting expense reports while maintaining monthly oversight to ensure financial compliance.
– Facilitating the communication process and organizing team folders across both business units to ensure alignment and awareness of show plans, timelines, and requirements.
– Developing creative briefs for trade show support based on strategic and aligned objectives.
– Maintaining consistent communication regarding timelines, requirements, and support with leadership, sales, and agency partners.
– Coordinating with external agencies on schedules, inventory management, team logistics, booth graphics, and premiums.
– Ordering products and samples for all trade show needs, which includes managing embroidery execution requirements.
– Executing trade show registration and accommodation arrangements for all Carhartt attendees.
– Supporting and executing show logistics and activation activities through planning, confirmation, and payment processes.

Education requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field is required.

Required skills and experience include:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple small to medium projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across key cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing teams) and agency partners.
– Previous experience in trade shows, events, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams is preferred but not mandatory.
– Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
– A creative mindset with adept problem-solving capabilities.
– Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
– The capacity to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.

Working conditions:
The position is typically based in an office environment, with a cubicle or office setting. Extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use are required. There may be a need to work evenings and weekends on occasion. This role has a remote work location, with no regular onsite requirements; however, occasional travel may be necessary for special events. National travel may occur, up to 20%.
