AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for the “Director of Resident Programs” role in Holland, MI, we would typically compare it to industry standards and regional averages for similar positions, often found in sectors such as healthcare, non-profit management, or community services. As of my last training data, the average salary for similar roles in the U.S. generally ranged from $25 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, organization size, and specific responsibilities. It is essential to consider the cost of living in Holland, MI, which is generally lower than larger urban centers, making a competitive hourly rate somewhat lower than national averages.
