We are actively seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for immediate hire to join our team at Woodland Ridge Apartments in Spring Lake, Michigan. As a full-time, year-round Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy a structured schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with an on-call rotation of one week every six weeks to support your work-life balance. Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance or related fields (training opportunities are available)
• EPA Certification is strongly preferred
• Proficient in drywall repairs, painting, and light carpentry
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Capability to repair and diagnose common appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
