Position Summary:
As a Marketer, you will represent the Leaf Home brand through direct engagement with prospective customers at various pre-scheduled events within an assigned territory. The primary objective of this role is to enhance brand awareness and convert that awareness into actionable sales leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend consumer-focused events, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Engage with attendees by providing informative product demonstrations and cultivating sales leads.
• Utilize proven, industry-leading sales techniques and training resources to effectively address customer objections.
• Handle the transportation, assembly, and disassembly of lightweight display equipment and marketing materials.
• Submit detailed sales leads upon the conclusion of each shift.
• Achieve predefined performance goals for each event, along with other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Part-time hours with flexibility for weekend and evening work.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen, address objections, and answer inquiries regarding product performance and quality.
• Must possess a smartphone to utilize the company timekeeping application and submit leads.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to engage with event attendees, generate interest, and present effective product demonstrations.
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic demeanor.
• Multitasking ability to adapt focus among various responsibilities while meeting stakeholder demands.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment, embodying a "roll up your sleeves" and "win every day" mentality.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Work primarily in an office environment as well as field office/manufacturing/construction settings.
• Engage in indoor work within a climate-controlled space and outdoor tasks in varied temperatures and climates.
• Capable of performing medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and consistently up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
