Job Title: Sports Lounge Culinary Supervisor, Little Caesars Arena

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $17 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 – $21 for the role of “Sports Lounge Culinary Supervisor” at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI, is somewhat below average for similar supervisory positions within the culinary sector, particularly in a major urban area. According to industry data, culinary supervisors or kitchen managers in sports venues and restaurants typically earn between $20 and $25 per hour, with variations based on experience, responsibilities, and specific venue demands. While the lower end of the pay scale might attract entry-level candidates, the compensation may not be competitive enough to retain skilled professionals with experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments typical of sports and entertainment venues. Overall, this pay range may necessitate further adjustment to attract and retain qualified talent.
