Position Summary:
The role entails executing assigned LeafFilter gutter protection project installations under the guidance of the Field Installation Lead and the Installation management team. Responsibilities encompass inventory collection, material transportation, onsite measurements and product sizing, gutter cleaning and realignment, as well as overall site setup and cleanup. The position may involve real-time problem-solving during complex installations under varying field conditions and engaging with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in single or multiple-person installations as assigned.
• Address onsite installation challenges through accurate product measuring, adjustments, and customizations using basic hand and battery-operated tools.
• Travel to designated local territories utilizing a reliable personal vehicle (truck or van) for assigned gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily job completions to enhance location performance and effectiveness.
• Deliver quality installation services by adhering to established training protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service experiences on job sites.
• Maintain company-provided ladders and standoffs.
• Equip yourself with all the necessary tools and equipment for installation, meeting established guidelines and expectations.
• Comply with job site safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety protocols.
• Hold and maintain an active and valid driver’s license.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail throughout the installation process.
• Proficient multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting diverse stakeholder needs seamlessly.
