We are currently seeking full-time Baristas to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft specialty beverages, assist with food preparation, process orders and payments, and create memorable experiences for our customers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems while accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Greet customers warmly, providing assistance while anticipating their needs.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
  • Prepare and serve food items in alignment with location standards.
  • Manage cash drawer operations, including counting, organizing, balancing, completing cashier slips, and making deposits.
  • Comply with Aramark’s cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Set up and dismantle coffee bar stations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred prior customer service experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience is desirable.
  • Experience as a barista is a plus.
  • Basic math and counting skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adherence to the assigned dress code is essential.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, with the capability to follow recipes.
  • Completion of Food Handling Certification as required.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Additionally, uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
