AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a “Floor Care Technician” in Bloomfield Hills, MI, it’s essential to consider regional wage averages and industry standards. As of my last update, the typical hourly rate for floor care or custodial roles in this area generally ranges between $12 and $20, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific employer. If the rate you’re analyzing falls within this range or higher, it would be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards for similar positions in the region.
