We are seeking individuals who will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Key responsibilities include operating scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. Team members will also be cross-trained to assist in various areas of the store to meet business needs.
- Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
- Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Ensure all cleanliness and floor care standards are met, including maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer.
- Uphold organizational and recovery standards across the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
- Comply with all company policies regarding Health and Safety, including the replenishment of essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
- Support various areas of the store, such as Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor, as needed.
- Respond to Front End coverage needs efficiently.
- Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
- Participate in ongoing store recovery throughout the day as required.
- Follow operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines, focusing on shrink reduction.
- Communicate effectively and accurately with management and colleagues.
- Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures, particularly those regarding Associate meal and break periods.
- Engage in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
