Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping activities, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and excel in communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Proficiency in following oral and written instructions, with a strong ability to perform daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is mandatory.
