Key Responsibilities:
– Engage in extensive travel nationwide for project assignments.
– Remove and install checkout fixtures in various grocery stores.
– Stock and tag new fixtures effectively.
– Collaborate with store managers to ensure successful installations.
– Handle products and setup materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
– Maintain communication and documentation using a smartphone.

Minimum Requirements:
– Must possess a current and valid REAL ID license.
– Capability to obtain a driving record for 5+ years.
– Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to fluctuating project hours (20-50 hours per week, depending on project demands).
– Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
– Detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
– Previous experience in merchandising and resets is preferred.
– Proficient in organizing products in accordance with provided planograms and applying price tags.
– Familiarity with reading and interpreting planograms is a plus.
