Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assigned LeafFilter gutter protection project installations, as directed by the Field Installation Lead and/or Installation management team. The installation process encompasses inventory collection, material transportation, onsite measurement and product sizing, gutter cleaning and realignment, and overall worksite setup and cleanup. The role may involve real-time problem-solving for challenging installations under varying field conditions and direct interaction with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Perform single-person or team installations as assigned by the Field Installation Lead and/or Installation management team.
– Address onsite installation challenges through precise product measuring, adjustments, and customizations using basic hand tools and battery-operated tools.
– Travel within the assigned local territory using a reliable personal vehicle (truck or van) to complete gutter protection installations at customer locations.
– Ensure daily installation goals are met to enhance location attainment and overall effectiveness.
– Deliver high-quality installation services while adhering to established training protocols.
– Provide an exceptional customer service experience while on the job site.
– Maintain company-provided ladders and standoffs.
– Supply all necessary tools and equipment for installations to align with established guidelines and expectations.
– Comply with job site safety regulations, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety procedures.
– Maintain a valid driver’s license.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
– Demonstrated commitment to superior quality and attention to detail throughout the installation process.
– Capacity to manage various work activities and seamlessly shift focus among tasks to meet the demands of multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

Travel Requirements:
– Local travel is required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
– Overtime may be requested on evenings and weekends based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:
– Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
– Work performed outdoors in varying temperatures and climates.
