In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience through genuine engagement and interaction with customers. You will embody our principles of customer service while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, with the potential for cross-training in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

  • Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and uphold a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring proper change is given according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy and diligently follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company standards.
  • Actively engage in store recovery activities as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor while participating in the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in programs aimed at reducing store shrink.
  • Engage in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
