What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or another medically skilled-related program; new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Flexibility in scheduling, as our hours may not align with typical office hours. We create schedules three months in advance, operating Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Meeting start and end times will vary based on community locations, requiring adaptability to our scheduling needs.
- Compensation includes pay for both travel and base on-site event hours, along with unlimited bonus potential.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to educate participants on our products and services.
- A commitment to fostering a positive environment for both team members and customers during screening events.
- A valid driver’s license and a clear MVR, as driving responsibilities using the company van are shared among the team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute the front desk registration process, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings following company protocols accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing responsibilities such as driving the company van and managing equipment loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Exhibit a strong desire to perform in a fast-paced environment where a passion for assisting others and precision in testing are paramount.
