Key Responsibilities:
- Model exceptional customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
- Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is provided according to established procedures.
- Promote our credit and loyalty programs effectively.
- Maintain and follow merchandising philosophy, as well as adhere to established merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor while aligning with company policies.
- Participate in store recovery initiatives as necessary throughout the day.
- Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to foster team development.
- Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
- Engage in safety awareness and help maintain a secure working environment.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
