Key Responsibilities:

  • Model exceptional customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is provided according to established procedures.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Maintain and follow merchandising philosophy, as well as adhere to established merchandising guidelines and standards.
  • Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor while aligning with company policies.
  • Participate in store recovery initiatives as necessary throughout the day.
  • Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to foster team development.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Engage in safety awareness and help maintain a secure working environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
