As a Patient Care Coordinator, your day will begin with a warm welcome to our patients, whether in person or over the phone, setting a reassuring tone for their visit. You will efficiently manage patient intake by verifying insurance information, ensuring each patient’s experience is seamless. In addition, you will balance the appointment schedule by addressing both routine appointments and emergency calls with efficiency and empathy. Your responsibilities will also include executing financial transactions while keeping all billing details organized and accurate. By the end of the day, your compassionate and seamless service will contribute to the smooth operation of our practice and the care of our patients.

This full-time position typically requires availability Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications for our Patient Care Coordinator include:
