Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation procedures while following safety guidelines.
  • Document cleaning activities and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Comply with infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate effective communication with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership while executing daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions competently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
