About The Role
In your role as an IT Support Associate II, you will leverage your expertise to assist the operations team in addressing technical issues within an Amazon Operations facility, encompassing a wide range of technical disciplines. Key Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment utilized in Amazon Operations facilities.
– Managing support requests and protocols across the network.
– Assisting in training new hires.
– Engaging in the continuous learning of new technologies.
– Providing support to customers across multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
– Lifting up to 49 lbs and sustaining prolonged periods of standing and walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Basic Qualifications
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
– Proficiency in troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
– Experience in maintaining zebra thermal printers and resolving issues with thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.

Preferred Qualifications
– Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Red Hat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry-relevant credentials.
– Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on customer service.
