Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, encompassing the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation across all areas.
  • Document cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Implement infection control and universal precaution measures to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate effective communication skills with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and remain standing, sitting, bending, or walking for extended durations.
  • Capability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfort working with cleaning products.
  • Competence in following both oral and written instructions and executing daily tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is a requirement.
