Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain thorough records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to guarantee a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership while completing daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Capability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Willingness to work around cleaning products.
  • Competence to follow both oral and written instructions and perform daily routine tasks as needed.
  • Residency in the service area is required.
