Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation procedures to guarantee the proper upkeep of all areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Follow infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Capacity to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended durations.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Comfort working around cleaning products.
  • Proficiency in following oral and written instructions and executing daily tasks consistently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
