Opportunity: Contribute to the Growth of Your Career

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a strong emphasis on floor care. Your key responsibilities will include operating the scrubber and buffer, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while being cross-trained to assist in various areas of the store to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model exceptional customer service practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Promote and uphold a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Ensure all floor care cleanliness standards are met, including maintaining and operating the scrubber and buffer.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
  • Comply with all company policies related to Health and Safety, including the timely refilling of essential items in designated areas.
  • Function as a versatile team member, cross-trained across various store areas including Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
  • Provide support and coverage for the Front End as needed.
  • Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
  • Actively participate in store recovery efforts as required throughout the day.
  • Follow operational and loss prevention guidelines as per company policies, focusing on shrink reduction.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with management and team members.
  • Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures regarding Associate meal and break periods.
  • Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
