What You Will Do:
As a welcoming presence at our hotel, you will be the friendly face our guests see upon entering and departing. Your role is essential in ensuring positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Responsibilities include:
- Providing courteous, efficient, and professional assistance to guests.
- Performing front desk operations such as checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
- Assisting in breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service (as host or bartender), and cleanup.
- Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality that embody the Drury culture for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensuring an outstanding guest experience through friendly service and a +1 Service attitude.
