Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring the cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Uphold rigorous cleaning and sanitation standards in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a continuously sanitary environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform all other duties as designated.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Capability to execute routine and repetitive tasks continually.
• Ability to work in proximity to cleaning products.
• Proficiency in following both oral and written instructions and performing detailed tasks on a daily basis.
• Residency within the service area is required.
