We are seeking an individual who can deliver an exceptional customer experience through engaging interactions with all customers, embodying our principles of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role involves adherence to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Team members may also be cross-trained to work in various areas of the store to meet the business’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and uphold a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Handle customer purchases and returns accurately, including counting change per established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Maintain and uphold our merchandising philosophy and adhere to established procedures and standards.
  • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company procedures.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
  • Uphold all standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery on the sales floor, contributing to the maintenance of the entire store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures rigorously.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness and work to maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
