We welcome applicants who possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Robust leadership capabilities and the ability to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity.
  • At least a High School diploma or GED.
