In accordance with state and federal regulations, this role entails assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under direct supervision, while performing additional duties within the Pharmacy Department in alignment with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will utilize pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and, if PTCB certified, provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and cashiers in their operational tasks.

A strong focus on customer engagement is essential, including greeting customers and patients, proactively offering assistance with products and services, and resolving any inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
