AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary of $30,000 to $75,000 for the position of “Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member” in Norton Shores, MI, is quite broad and indicates a significant variance in pay depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance. Typically, compensation for similar roles in the insurance and financial services industry can range from $35,000 to $60,000 for entry to mid-level positions, with experienced associates and those in higher-demand regions potentially earning more. Therefore, the high end of this range at $75,000 may be considered competitive, especially for top performers or those with specialized skills, while the lower end at $30,000 may be below market expectations for a full-time position. Overall, the offered range appears to align with industry standards, though it would benefit from further clarity on the factors influencing pay within that range.
