Requirements:

As a Line Cook or Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the kitchen. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
  • Preparing food items through cutting, chopping, mixing, and creating sauces.
  • Cooking food using various techniques, including grilling, frying, and sautéing.
  • Maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to food sanitation protocols.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of your shift.

Candidates for this position should be prepared to stand for extended periods, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The role will require reaching with hands and arms, as well as kneeling and stooping.
