Job Title: FT Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “FT Caregiver/MedTech” in Canton, MI, is generally considered below the average pay for similar roles in the healthcare and assisted living industries. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the responsibilities often associated with a MedTech position, which may include administering medication and providing personal care, a competitive wage would usually be higher, especially in suburban areas like Canton, where the cost of living can affect pay scales. Therefore, the $15 per hour rate may not align with industry standards and could potentially impact the ability to attract and retain qualified staff.
