As a Prep Cook/Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the stocking and setup of kitchen stations.

  • Cooking food items using various methods including grilling, frying, and sautéing.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of each shift.

Candidates for these positions should be prepared to be on their feet throughout their entire shift. The role requires frequent lifting and carrying of weights up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. It also involves reaching with hands and arms in various directions, kneeling, and stooping repeatedly.
