We are excited to announce a hiring opportunity at our Traverse City Costco location! We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and sales-oriented individuals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for our nutritional supplements, including the popular Qunol and Zena products, such as Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Our representatives will receive comprehensive training to drive sales through the active demonstration of the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.
Available Demonstration Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM, daily. Note that Saturdays and Sundays yield the highest commission potential!
This position is perfect for individuals looking to enhance their income through part-time work.
Compensation:
- Starting at $25 per hour, with bonuses based on exceeding sales targets
- W-2 employment status
- We provide promotional kits and offer bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
- On average, our brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 daily, with top performers exceeding $500 daily!
Bonus Structure:
Earn additional commissions through our bonus plan, which outlines potential earnings based on product sales within your shifts from 10 AM to 5:30 PM:
- Sell 30 Super Greens: Earn $90 in commission
- Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: Earn $60 in commission
- Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): Earn $15 in commission
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
- Engage with Costco members to promote products supplied by our partners
- Present yourself and the company professionally while representing Direct Demo at Costco
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members
- Stay informed and responsive to scheduling and communications from your manager
- Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager
- Be able to lift and transport a folding table (2’ x 4’, approximately 20 pounds) and manage demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your vehicle
- Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods
- Work independently as the sole representative in designated locations
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in direct sales is preferred
- Proficiency with email and basic computer/mobile device skills
