Job Title: BARTENDER (ON CALL)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “BARTENDER (ON CALL)” position in Cincinnati, OH, is somewhat competitive but may fall below the average for the region and the industry. As of 2023, bartender wages in Cincinnati typically range from $12 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, venue type, and tips, which can significantly impact overall earnings. While $16 is a reasonable entry-level rate, it may not attract experienced bartenders, especially in higher-end establishments where tips can be substantial. Given the cost of living in Cincinnati and the demands of the role, an increased wage could enhance competitiveness and aid in attracting more skilled candidates.
