Job Duties Include:
- Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring a remarkable first-time guest experience. You will provide membership information based on the recommendations from our Group Fitness Coaches.
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through lead generation, appointment bookings, and sales of memberships and additional revenue sources.
- Responding to member inquiries in a timely manner and effectively addressing any concerns.
- Ensuring brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures. You will keep the front desk organized and prioritize tasks throughout your shift.
- Greeting members by name and accurately recording class attendance. You will create memorable moments for members by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
- Staying informed about all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives.
- Working independently and taking ownership of your contributions to the studio’s success.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with new technology, including smartphones and computers, is essential.
- A growth mindset and a strong passion for helping others are a must.
- Demonstrated integrity, a solid work ethic, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and address member inquiries effectively.
