Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Events and Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, oversee social media strategies, and coordinate event planning. This individual will be responsible for all facets of our digital and in-person engagement to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and cultivate meaningful connections with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and curate content for the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Foster community engagement and industry visibility by generating discussions in relevant forums, such as Bigger Pockets.
- Develop both short-form and long-form content, encompassing reels, posts, and stories tailored to specific audiences on each platform.
- Collaborate with team members (originators) to boost their social media presence, providing guidance and support in content creation.
Content Creation and Production:
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content across social media, podcasts, and YouTube channels.
- Maintain the company’s YouTube channel, podcast channel, and website to ensure cohesive branding and consistently engaging content.
- Generate marketing materials, including designs in Canva for advertisements, flyers, and posts.
- Produce branded merchandise and promotional items for team use and events.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, implement, and analyze paid marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads, among other platforms as needed.
- Evaluate marketing data to optimize strategies and enhance return on investment (ROI).
- Assist in developing and managing chatbot functionalities on the website to improve customer interaction.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Strategically plan and coordinate outreach events to strengthen brand recognition and foster community relationships.
- Manage logistics, booking, and onsite operations for events.

Technology and Equipment Management:

- Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate innovative marketing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, and event planning.
