Responsibilities:
As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in the bar’s success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining bar stock levels, including ice replenishment and beer keg changes.
  • Preparing garnishes.
  • Collecting empty glasses.
  • Ensuring the bar remains clean and organized.

Barbacks are required to be on their feet for the entirety of their shifts and must be able to reach in any direction, as well as kneel or stoop repeatedly. Due to the lively nature of the bar environment, strong vision and hearing capabilities are essential.
