The Drury Collection of Hotels is seeking a seasoned hotel manager with a strong background in Housekeeping Leadership to spearhead operations at our fully renovated historic property located in Downtown Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities:
– Inspire and lead a dedicated team of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff to uphold exemplary standards of cleanliness, operational functionality, and guest service.
– Ensure guest rooms and communal areas consistently surpass cleanliness and presentation expectations.
– Oversee the hotel’s maintenance policies to guarantee that all facilities are in impeccable condition for our guests.

Schedule: This position operates during the day, commencing at 7 AM on weekdays and 8 AM on weekends. The rotating weekend schedule promotes work-life balance, providing employees with one full weekend off, one full weekend on, and two weekends where either Saturday or Sunday will be worked each month.

The Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown, housed in the former Board of Education building, has undergone extensive renovations. Featuring 189 rooms and more than 3,900 square feet of meeting space, the hotel boasts a two-story lobby adorned with two beautifully restored murals by Cora Holden, created in 1931. In 2021, he fulfilled his ambition of becoming a General Manager at the Findlay, Ohio location, where his leadership propelled his team to earn Service Awards in both 2022 and 2023. Now serving as the General Manager at the Drury Plaza in Downtown Cleveland, he is committed to fostering leadership development among his team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brandon cherishes family time and is an ardent supporter of the Green Bay Packers.
