Job Title: Facility Technician (Maintenance) – Holiday Inn Express Grandville

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grandville, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Facility Technician (Maintenance) position at Holiday Inn Express in Grandville, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the hospitality and maintenance sectors. According to recent data, maintenance technicians in the area typically earn between $16 and $25 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and company size. While entry-level positions may start around $15, technicians with more experience or specialized skills often command higher wages. Additionally, given the current trends of rising costs of living and competitive labor markets, this rate may not be fully appealing to prospective candidates, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified personnel.
