Job description:
Everlight Solar is looking for a dedicated Event Planner and Executive Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, among other responsibilities. This is a fully remote, full-time entry-level position that requires some travel.
Candidates must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem of software, including iOS, macOS, and iWork.

Responsibilities include:
– Booking venues and negotiating contracts
– Collaborating with vendors, venues, and service providers to arrange for supplies, catering, staffing, and entertainment
– Overseeing event coordination, including setup, teardown, and cleanup, while proactively anticipating potential challenges
– Managing administrative tasks such as email correspondence and calendar organization
Qualifications:
– Must be at least 21 years of age
– High school diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0
– Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
– Exceptional organizational skills
– A confident and positive demeanor
– Strong communication capabilities
– A self-starter attitude
– Proficiency with the Apple ecosystem and ownership of a Mac computer is essential
