Job description:

This part-time associate position involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands by conducting product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or brand advocacy can be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers effectively to communicate key product information.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while preparing samples (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals for the products being demonstrated.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old (with some positions requiring a minimum age of 18 for roles involving alcohol and production).
• Availability during weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts can also be accommodated.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked is necessary.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen appliances such as a microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate.
• Capability to stand and perform the event duties for its duration.
