Job Title: Team Lead- Freddy’s – $17/hr | GRR Airport

Company: Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for the “Team Lead” position at Freddy’s in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally competitive but may fall on the lower end of the spectrum for supervisory roles in the fast food or casual dining industry. In 2023, average hourly wages for similar roles in this region typically range from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in Grand Rapids and the competitive labor market, candidates seeking these positions may expect compensation toward the higher end of that range, especially for team lead roles that encompass leadership, staff management, and operational responsibilities. Therefore, while $17/hr may be accepted by some, it may not attract a broad range of qualified candidates.
