Job Title: General Manager

Company: Orangetheory Fitness

Location: Beachwood, OH

Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 for a General Manager in Beachwood, OH appears to be below the typical industry standard for this role, which generally ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on the specific sector and company size. Factors such as regional cost of living, company revenue, and the individual’s experience and qualifications can influence salary expectations, but for a General Manager position, this compensation range is generally considered non-competitive. In a metropolitan area like Beachwood, which is part of the Cleveland suburb, employers may offer more competitive salaries to attract qualified candidates in management roles.
