We are actively seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team immediately. This position is located at Henry Ford River District Hospital, 4100 South River Road, East China, MI 48054. Please note that applications will be accepted online only.

Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you will perform essential light cleaning duties to ensure our establishments—such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals—are kept clean and orderly. Your responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary customer service through attentive one-on-one interactions.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to standard layout.
• Address guest queries and requests.
• Respond swiftly to housekeeping issues such as spills or broken items.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
