Job Title: School Assistant

Company: Primrose Schools

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a “School Assistant” position in Dayton, OH, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the education sector. According to recent data, school support roles, including teaching assistants and paraprofessionals, typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living and budgetary constraints of schools can influence pay, but in Dayton, this rate may not be competitive compared to other regions or roles with similar responsibilities. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it could deter experienced candidates seeking more equitable compensation.
