Compensation: $12.50 per hour, with regular bonus opportunities.
Weekly Schedule:

Key Responsibilities of Dispatchers:

  • Greet each customer warmly and professionally
  • Dispatch shuttles while maintaining adequate coverage at the parking facility and airport
  • Ensure the efficient operation of shuttle movements to provide consistent service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding the parking facility and airport terminals
  • Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Preferable previous experience in dispatch, cashiering, or customer service
  • Essential basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally in English
