Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is passionate about the art of food preparation and committed to delivering exceptional meals that meet QSL standards. Your enthusiasm and dedication to quality will contribute to an outstanding dining experience for each guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional preparation is required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other emerging issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
