Job Title: Supervisor – Hiring Now

Company: Parkhurst Dining

Location: University Heights, OH

Pay: $20 – 25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 to $25 for the “Supervisor – Hiring Now” position in University Heights, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to market standards for supervisory roles in similar industries and regions. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for supervisors in various sectors generally ranges from $25 to $35, depending on factors such as industry, experience, and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may attract candidates, particularly those new to supervisory roles or in entry-level management, it may struggle to retain experienced professionals given the increasing demand for skilled supervisors and competitive rates in urban Ohio markets. Overall, this pay scale is somewhat competitive but could benefit from an adjustment to better align with industry standards.
