This position plays a crucial role in creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Duties:
– Execute all cleaning tasks for facilities utilizing the provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Cleaning tasks include sweeping, mopping, polishing, managing trash, cleaning windows, and handling the movement of furniture and equipment.
– Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
– Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
– Open and secure facilities, as well as enable and disable the security system when necessary.
– While 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
– We are committed to providing on-the-job training for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
– Experience within a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is preferred.
– A flexible demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment are essential.
